Brian Gavin Joins Forces with Rosie Cusack

Gavin left his career of selling software in Seattle to pursue his love of the San Juans and a pretty young woman who recently became his wife. After years dreaming of settling in the mountains, Gavin moved to Telluride in 2001. Eliza and Brian Gavin were married in Florida June of 2004. Eliza Gavin owns, manages and assumes the chef de cuisine duties for the widely popular gourmet restaurant 221 South Oak.
